OK, I guess I have teased you guys long enough. It’s finally happening. Got the whole front off. y Pipe disconnected converter disconnected. All that’s left is the rest of the trans bolts motor mounts unplug the main harness also had to pull the intake manifold off, so it’s easier to lift out

so between work kids and family in town, I mess around with it for about an hour. Got the fuel lines off intake manifold off all the plugs on the top side off. Ran out of daylight trying to get stuff done before bedtime for the kids still have the bottom side of plugs to do, finish a trans bolts motor mounts and she should be

yeah, it’s been a long time coming, but I still wasn’t expecting it to happen this early. I was hoping to make it to 200,000. Hopefully this weekend turns out good hoping to get the new one back in not necessarily connected and everything but at least sitting there.

nope i did a fluid change on it like 6 months ago i thought about a new torque converter

OK, so it’s lunchtime now. Got the old tired 5.7 out. With lifter failure and header tick.
The only thing this motor had was a hemi, fever tune, so it’s gonna be a big change compared to a new one

got the engine bay, all decreased, and cleaned up prepped for the new one

now for the fun part like I said, I will give details about the engine later. Time has come 392 non mds Billet valve covers Texas speed 2” long tubes with y pipe Flowmaster intake 87 mm ported throttle body truck 6.4 manifold with ported and finished Runners Limiter kit according to my Tuner a pretty big cam catch can and hp tune and a 180 thermostat v6 efan
