Big Horn decal

I just bought a 2012 Dodge Ram Big Horn Edition. When I was at the dealership I noticed the truck did not have the big horn decal on the tail gate. I asked the salesmen and he stated that dodge keeps going back and forth on placing the decals on the truck. It definitely is a big horn truck, so my question is, does anyone know why dodge is placing the big horn decal on some of the trucks and not all of them?

welcome to RF. I don't think they would just randomly put them on in a model year. So if it doesn't have one, it was missed or they took it off. Were there any bighorns there with the badge?

Maybe for 2012 they decided to not put them on? Hopefully somebody else with a 2012 bighorn can confirm this.

Huh. Interesting. But km sure you would have taken it off anyways. Its cleaner looking without badges.

I've noticed that some new 1500's are now coming with just the "RAM" badge on the doors rather than the full "RAM 1500" badge. My 2011 had the full badge, although I removed them anyways. Maybe this change is common knowledge but I just recently started noticing it.
