looking at the console you installed, two ideas popped in my head after looking at your setup. could you run ac to the back seat or rig something up? another idea, fiberglass the inside and make it a hidden sub enclosure with amp in the same space. the radio would be right there so no long cables to the battery or to the radio.

yea i noticed the lights start working, wonder if its a connection problem.

It could be done, but you'd have to have the console that has vents in the back, mine doesn't. Later ones did, you would just have to fab something up from the dash that ran underneath; there's a space enough for ducting, but that's about it. You would have to use a small amp and sub to fit under that particular console.
This is the later one with vents:

This is how much room you have to work with (without a vent):

which taillights are those? i found a pair i liked then i reminded my self that others i have seen the horrible one line of leds that just stop working, LOL. that console if just made a mold of using fiberglass using a Dayton slim 6in sub, would be perfect, might be able to fit 2 in there. undersize the enclosure and run some eq on the low end, could fit a class D amp in there. wouldnt need much power for both the 6in subs, 200-250watts RMS max, maybe more if you account for the EQ.

*edit*
also figured out my ac control is on the fritz the lights that is, if it doesnt light up. a small tap on the controls lights it up. need to take it a part clean the contacts, ect.

These: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CMJC9VH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Found them on ebay first, turned out Amazon was cheaper. They have matching headlights I'm entertaining for down the road when these lenses are finally toast.
Refer back to the previous post at the top, the pic I posted for you shows the little bulbs. You can try cleaning the contacts, but by now they may be on their way out and it might be easier to just replace them (they're cheap).

So just to keep up the running tally, had to replace a mirror and put in the grab handle reinforcement kit (which was again totally worth it)

Do you have any pics of the console mated to the driver and passenger side of the dash? Just trying to get an idea for trimming

Installed a DeeZee, something I've been meaning to do for quite some time just hadn't gotten around to it.

Alas, the time has come to part ways with my old truck. You served well.
