Hi All
Have just got my 2021 dt laramie 1500, struggling to get good advice on biggest tire sizes here in Australia.20221208_183148.jpg

I have a set of 18" fuel rebel 6 +1 offset to fit some new shoes on, not phased about economy but dont want to rub at any time or trim the guards. Will be installing bilstein 5100 front and back as well as 2" lifted king springs along with airbags for towing. No uca for starters so will set 5100's at 2.1.
Bfg ko2, nitto ridge grappler or maxxis razr at were my first choices for tyres.

Any help would be much appreciated

Cheers Ben20221108_160506.jpg

I would recommend staying at a 33-34” diameter. With Bil’s at 2.1 you could do 35”, but you need to pay attention to the tire width. If you go with a 12.5” wide tire on basically a stock offset wheel, you are very limited on UCA choices. Stock your fine, but like Zone or other your inner sidewall will rub the UCA. Unless you go with a wheel spacer or like a -18 offset.

Nitto RG come in a 34" x 11.5" (285/70/R18) which is the way I was leaning, BFG do a 305/65/R18 may also work as they are around 33.5" just not sure if the width might be too much at 12".

I run 305/55r20’s currently. I had about 3-4mm between my inner sidewall and the oem UCA with my 0 offset wheels. They never rubbed. I was halfway through installing Zone UCA’s and went to bolt the wheel back up and that was no go. Had to uninstall the Zones.
An 11 or 11.5 would probably be perfectly fine.

I went with the BGF K02's at LT285/65R20 and had my Bilstein's set to the 2.1" height level.

No rubbing, great fit, quite tires on the road. I've put two full summers on this set up and all tires are wearing perfectly. I rub 40psi (checked and adjusted cold), and find this to be the perfect pressure for me and the tires for even wear.

I have a 21 ram 1500 4x4 with 2.1" leveling struts. I have a set of 18x9 with -13 mm offset. Can I use these. Yes they will bolt on
I wanted to use 285/75/18. I do not want to do any other mods besides bushwaker pocket fender flares.
Thanks for any advice
