bilsteins 5165 fit?

So I am in the process of looking for new shocks and i found a universal shock from bilstejn. It's a remote mount chamber and it appears to have the same mounts as our factor shocks for the 1500 2wd and 4x4. So my questions is if anyone has run these? Are they the same height as the factory shock or the for lifted trucks?

I would do some more research on them but unfortunately I'm very busy and cant, does anyone have experience with these or is willing to do a little research to help me out?
