Really it’s hard to tell as for mine I’m still on oem 18” wheels. When I’m looking at it, it doesn’t seem lifted at all. But when I’m riding I can definitely feel the difference. To the point where I’m feeling I’m going to stay with my current lift, and later concentrate on wheels and tires. I really rather stick with 18” wheels if I can to achieve the look that I want.ac0822ce0bfad0b1ca513f65552b37e7.jpg

^^^. As am I but sadly I truly SUCK when it comes to that. Honestly my addiction is more so exhaust driven as I’ve never NOT changed the exhausts on any of my vehicles lol. I know that I do not want black nor chrome wheels if that narrows it down some ha ha ha.

I actually emailed them on those trucks in the picture asking if they also had a level kit installed. Here is their reply:

just 2" lift, the 2" Mopar lift seems to level the truck out as well as lift it and makes it look 'right' in my humble opinion

the white truck and the grey truck both have the 2" Mopar lift and 35" tires on 20" Mopar wheels

enjoy your new truck, they are a pretty amazing all around vehicle!!

I have the 2” Mopar kit so this means I really do need bigger tires and wheels lol.61c0fb42333927b9a6130fdc7ddc7b0b.jpg

It’s always a possibility that they’ve done a 2” lift, and then added spacers for an extra lift . :)
I went to a dealer that advertised the Mopar lift and found out they were adding wolf 1.5 inch spacer. Truck looked great but not sure how the front end will hold up with added stress.

I realized this was a 2 yr old thread on the last page. Oh well. FWIW if you order the off road package then level the truck you essentially have a 3/1 lift. Here's some pics of mine with a 2" level on the front with 295/60/20s.

Guys I think I have the answer two years later to your questions. When the dealer installs the mopar lift they use the recommended settings. However, the mopar lift includes a 1 inch additional clip to the fox shocks that lift it almost another 1.5”. However nothing is said in the instructions about it and most people think it’s an extra clip in case you lose the first one. They are stackable. in 2020 when you buy the mopar lift yourself and don’t let the dealer do it it has an extra page that states “for additional 1.5” lift stack clips for a more leveled look.”

From what I’ve gathered the spacer (preload spacer) is an extra 15mm spacer and it was part of a TSB issued by Mopar if you had the original 2” Mopar lift. I have some pics that will help illustrate this.

There was a 2nd kit came with the spacers already (2 of them per strut) and I think the newer one has the perch sitting higher already so it only comes with 1 spacer.

Here you go. This is the spacer that came with the TSB. If you have the original 2" Mopar lift this is what you need to level your front

This is the assembly in the original lift with just one spacer

And how the 2nd spacer (per TSB) will look like when installed

Again technically the new kit (part# ends in AC) doesn't need the spacer because the perch sits higher, i think the older kit that ends with AB was also like that. AA was the original. Check with your dealer because by now they all know about the TSB. If you buy new you won't need the spacer.

Hello, I see this is an older post but has some current life to it so I'll try a question here...
I just received my new 2021 Ram BigHorn. I want to lift it a bit and hope to put on a set of 35x12.5x20 I already have. My question is..... can I use the stock rims and a level kit to do this for now. Will the stock rims have a good offset and the level, will that be enough for the front? I have not had a mopar is many many years and this is a whole different suspension then a gm product.

There are people who have done it. Don't expect an aggresive MT tire for example in that size to fit perfectly, but for example KO2 35x12.5x20 AT will fit with a 2" level with min rubbing. The rubbing will be mainly on plastic areas of the wheel and mud pflaps if you have those but nothing that a heat gun and couple of zip ties won't fix. If you're offroading you'll ave to take the wheel line off in the back if your came with them, as the tire will prob rub in it at full tuck.
