Hey guys, Im new here...

Im have a few problems with my truck: 2019 Ram 3500 6.4 Hemi

1.) I have no heat on the driver side. I assume this is the blend door actuator but haven't been able to find a good diagram to help find the location.

2.) I have intermittent heat coming into the passenger side of the vehicle. The heater hoses coming in and out of the fire wall remain hot and the engine temp remains steady between 98C and 100C. Strangely, when i squeeze the hoses a few times on the inlet and outlet the heat comes back to the passenger side. This passenger side heating issue developed after my thermostat failed which I have since replaced.

Any help would be appreciated

Maybe you introduced a bubble into the coolant system when you changed the thermostat, & it keeps showing up in the heating components of the system, which may be the highest point in the coolant system? Just guessing here, as I have no idea where the heater core or the blending unit is, under the dash.
My 2019 2500 6.4 has given me a frustrating issue ever since new, with not shutting that blender "door" when all the way on "cold", so it won't stop blowing warm air into my cab!
Good luck running your issue to ground.

Most likely a clogged heater core, extremely common issue with these trucks. Highly unlikely it's a blend door, that was an old 3rd gen issue

I do not now what a 6.4L looks like in the water pump area
But, IF you can reach the Temperature Sensor attached to the water pump.

I would point the nose of the truck just a bit,
That would make the Temp Sensor the highest point of the Cooling System.
Let the engine cool off ...
Then remove the sensor, any AIR Bubbles should escape
Maybe burp the radiator hose

You may need Teflon Tape to wrap the threads

Agreed.

I would question WHY the thermostat failed. Was it gummed up or was there any debris present? It might have been hiding a clue if inspected. Maybe not, but I always have to investigate why something failed before replacing it to see the root cause might show itself again later.

BC_Travis have you been able to fix your driver's side heat? Was it a clogged heater core or a blend air door issue?
