As in the dash speakers ? The Infinity Reference-X 3.5" speakers have been working very well for the Alpine system in my Challenger. They come close to the 2ohm impedance of the stock Alpine speakers, have good sensitivity, and sound pretty damn good when you factor in the price and the fact they're running off the stock system. They certainly have a lot more clarity than what came out.

Does anyone know the specs on the stock Alpine 3 1/2 dash speakers? It sucks you gotta buy 2 pairs just to get 3 speakers smh.

Im deciding between these:

You're gonna loose some volume with the Kickers being almost double the impedance of the factory Alpine stuff (~2 ohms). I tried this on a friends Charger that was sold on the kickers... needless to say a set of JBL's ended up in there about a week later. Most of the Harmon stuff I've metered that's advertised as 3ohm like the Reference-X's and some of the JBL's are closer to 2.3-2.4.

I will probably go with the infinities?

Put the JBL's in my Dad's 1500 and they sound great. Nice to match the 2ohm to get full output.

But at the same time, I had JL Audio CS Series 3.5" (4Ohm) installed in my truck briefly with the stock Alpine amped system and I didnt notice it being 1/2 as loud. Maybe a little less output, but great clarity.

I think part of this depends on if you ever plan to upgrade to an amp or anything in the future. If so go with 4 ohm, if not go with 2ohm, which is pretty much only JBL as far as I know.

Good luck!
