Is there a block heater cord on a '17 2500 with 5.7 hemi gas engine? If so, where's it located? I could not find it

If it has one it should be on the passenger side right next to the radiator, that's where mine is located (mines a 1500). If you have your build sheet it should tell you if you have them or not.

Not sure if you’d have a plug unless it was included in the option list on the window sticker or build sheet. It was $95 on MY18 1500. Found the plug under the black cover that goes from fender to fender. Cord/plug is black so it’s a little tough to see. I looked next to the passenger side of the radiator right under that flap. Kinda stuck my finger under and was able to grab hold of the plug.

That's where mine is on both my 1500s. It was tucked in there pretty tight. I wish it was on the other side because I have a battery warmer on the other side. Easier to have all the plugs in 1 place. Calling for -35C tonight so I'll be plugging them both in.
