Well I'm an idiot and assumed that the offset which worked great on my 1500 would work the same on my 2500 and I was wrong. Expensive mistake to make and now my new front tires are rubbing pretty severely when I turn.

I installed a Zone 1.5" body lift on both of the 1500s that I've had and never encountered any issues with them. My biggest concern is with the front tow hooks, I'm assuming I won't be able to use them or even have anything mounted if I go with a body lift. Can anyone confirm this?

Do I have any other options other than cutting on my new truck or dumping another $1500 on another set of wheels?

What's the offset of the new wheels? Trimming the fender flares and fender liner is pretty easy.

You should be able to make them fit. Trim the bump off of the flares and pull the fender liner back and zip tie to the body mounts. Heat with a heatgun as needed.

Just sell those wheels and get a set with a better offset. I've never been a fan of body lifts but it's your truck so...

I just googled a body lift for a 2500. They make a relocation bracket for the bumper/tow hooks but I would never truck it to take any stress.

Mine are also 20x9, -12 offset but my tires may be the issue. I probably should have just gone with a 35x12.5 instead of the LT325/60R20's.

Yessir, it's on there. I'm going in for an alignment Monday. I don't think that'll do anything to help but I can pray lol.
