Got my illicit brackets in, truck drives much better now. Im noticing bottoming out more, what is the best fix, air lift 1000 bags, timbren bump stops, or cutting the factory cups and going with a bolt in bump stop?

Did you leave the factory rubber bump stops in?

The airlift 1000 bags will help a bunch. I don't think you will need to cut the cups with the bags installed.

There is an indentation in the oem bumpstop. I cut mine in half along that line and put the oem back in. Works perfectly. I have never bottomed out. Then again, mine is a garage princess that has never had anything in the bed, so there is that.

i'm not as low as you but do use my truck as a truck.

The Airlift 1000 kit will help a lot. Works great on my 2/3 GF kit. With you being lower than I the Durango kit may be what you need.

Kyb monomax, recommended for lowered trucks. Shock size was on par with bilsteins and belltechs for rear

I have those same bump stops... I would not use those bump stops the poly is hard and has no give it's like not having anything at all.
This is the bump stops I'm looking to get Moog K7293 made out of rubber

The Moog K7293 has a diameter of 1.50 inches. The height without the stud is 1.50 inches, with the stud is 2.44 inches. The stud thread is 3/8-16.

I got my airlift helper bags in today. My craftsman 3 ton jack seized up so i had to go get a husky 3 ton from home depot. Install was easy enough, took about 30 minutes driver side and 15 to do the passenger. Quickest way was jack up, remove wheel, fish the airline first, deflate and fold over, inserted halfway up spring at the largest opening, let a little air out, cap it, then put the red puck and hook up the airline. Ran the lines through the trailer hitch and out each hole, used some washers to close the gap. So far so good didn't bottom out at all on the roads back home, which normally there's 5 spots. Was going to trim the bumpstops where they hit at the edge, but not an issue so far. Running 18psi in em.
