Bought another donor truck

So about a year ago I bought a donor truck to put a hemi In my blue truck, well I kinda ended up fixing her up instead so now I have a pretty nice rcsb 1500 with a hemi in it and I really like it. So I bought another donor truck for my original donor truck lol. I needed a bed and door for my rcsb and I've been hunting for one the same color for a good price for months and finally came across this one for $1,000 and it has hemi for my truck and an uncracked dash I can use from it as well.
Only thing with the engine is the guy said the water pump went out and it overheated. I put a battery in it today and tried to crank it, and well she does turn over but after a while of trying to her to start the oil fil cap blew off into the sky lol.

Not a bad looking donor truck. Especially if it has the donor parts that you want for your other truck. Good find. I bought a donor truck only to do exactly what you did and turned it into my weekend warrior. Now I'm shopping again for another donor and the cycle continues.

Yup. I just hope I end up selling this one instead of fixing it lol

I'm like you. Once I get my hands on a truck I have a hard time letting them go. I have 6 trucks and 4 of them are donor trucks that I ended up repairing and driving. If I have one go down I'll rob parts off of the one in the worst condition.
