Brake booster adjustment

Good morning, I recently had a brake booster failure and installed a new booster but I do not see any adjustment on the rod? Am i missing something I feel like i need more pedal but the rod is not adjustable.

There is no adjustment now did you bleed your brakes and get the air out?Also if your brake pads are worn down it will make a difference in your brake pedal too.
