Brake booster issue

2005 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi replaced a bad brake booster now as I drive or run the truck the front brakes will begin to lock up there is no adjustment on the booster and I replaced the master cylinder wich did help some is it possible that my new rebuilt booster is bad ?

I had a old dodge did this it was from lack of gap from break pedal activation point and rod that went to shaft coming from master cylinder. So vibration of truck/pedal would cause slowly building break pressure. Not sure if modern trucks still need free play at that connection or not.
