Brand new '14, Driver lock issues

I recently purchased a new 2014 ram and from day one the driver door wont unlock or lock with the key fob or door switch. I've talked to the dealer about scheduling a service time but was wondering if anyone had any similar issues and could offer a suggestion.

I took the door pannel off and couldn't find any cut wires or anything out the ordinary..

I think that I would let the dealer figure it out! Heck, new truck! I also just purchased a new Ram 2500 about 2 weeks ago. Confusing with the key fob reactions outside and inside the vehicle. I cannot lock the vehicle with the fob inside but I had some stuff done at a shop and they did!

Seems as I need it! If I have to go to NY to get it, I'll just keep the fob with me. Thanks
