Bringing in power to back seat

I recently purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 Limited and want to install a ham radio below the back seat on the drivers side. From the undercarriage, I noticed, what seems to be, a light blue plastic plug under the back seat on that side. Would this be a good way to bring in power to the radio? Any thoughts or other ideas would be very much appreciated. Aloha, Doug.

I need power back there as well for shotgun mount/lock. Also working on HAM license...
