I've got a 2010 Ram 1500 5.7 HEMI and a several weeks ago I noticed this buzzing noise coming from the front end of my truck on the engine block. Almost sounded like it was coming from the alternator and about that time my alternator went out and I replaced it and i figured the noise would stop. It hasn't and I'm not sure where it's coming from.
It is a very distinct buzzing sound that increases as i give it gas so it is tied in somehow with the throttle/serpentine belt. If needed I can provide a video.
