Probably these? First result on google, but I remember seeing that same post and this company name sounds real familiar:

MOPAR OEM for a Ram. I've installed 5 sets on 5 of my Rams, 2 sets of OEM on my 2 Fords and one set on my Chevy . They were just the trucks that didn't come with them over the years so yes I do like them if the truck is tall enough. NONE ever leaked. Ram is by far the easiest being they came with everything including a template and instructions if your unsure or are not confident

Yep that's the ones. $400 is a bit much for me, for what they are. But if one were dead set on adding them, this is the route I would go.

Agreed, pretty pricey but if I wanted to have the lights I would definitely consider these. I just like the option to not drill into anything.

Yeah I can't speak to their performance in person or anything. I've only had cab lights on one truck but they were the old fashion kind, those weren't really overly bright either but had earlier led's in them. I can say that we have several solar powered security lights around our house, and those things are impressively bright, in a real gloomy part of the country. Based off that experience and the price of these, I would expect them to be bright.

If I wanted cab lights I'd give them a shot, luckily I don't want them so I won't have to find out.
