If you like the way it looks, definitely get one. If you're looking for performance/MPG you won't get much with a CAI alone. Having had several different CAIs on my truck I can tell you from first hand experience they don't do a whole lot for the daily driver. However the Vararam and the Volant with the lower scoop did help with lowering IATs while I was towing. But even seeing a lower IAT didn't gain me any noticeable power or MPG.
If you already have a high flow filter I would look into the 6.4/Ecodiesel lower intake box and call it good. Also think about how easy the factory intake is to remove if you ever have to work on the truck. Most of the aftermarket CAIs are not easy to remove if you need the room, the exception being the Vararam which comes off after loosening one hose clamp.
