calibrate the lane changing warning system to include trailer

For me I use the memory for my wife and myself but I do not have tow mirrors. They really should have 3 settings and not just 2. But I imagine not too many people need 3.

If you want to get really fancy you can use 1 key fob for mirrors down and the other for mirrors up. But I think that would be more of a PITA than just hitting the button.
