Has anyone done under glow lighting or accent lighting on their campers?

Was looking at different kits offered. Some reasonable and other not so much.

    Anyone got something they prefer?

    Thanks

I thought about it few years ago, then I realized that with the dirt/muddy forestry roads we used, they would be covered up with mud and be useless

In campgrounds many fellow campers get unhappy when someone runs their lights all night. Darkness goes along with peace and quite.

One thing I couldn't understand with newer campers and RVs is why the majority of them cheap out on lighting.

I replaced the tail lights with LED Bargman lights. Awesome replacement. With the running/clearance lights, went on Amazon and order four amber LED T10 bulbs and eight red LED T10s.

    Nice and bright.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

I ran a set of led color changing rope lights down the side of the trailer. They are regular 110v rope lights. I plug them into the outside outlet. They have a remote to turn them on and off and to change the color, turn on the blinking, adjust the blink rate, and blink style. I used command strips made especially for rope lights and set them in there. I'll post a pic of the lights when after we camp next in a couple of weeks but for now here are the clips. The rope lights are the same length as our led awning lights. And yes I do shut them off before we go to bed.

I love the brightness of those lights. One more thing to buy. This site is costing me so much money... Thanks.

If you need a link to the ones I used to replace the running light bulbs, let me know. They're nice and bright. The Bargman tail lights are awesome though. I did replace the interior lights too. Found a warm white LED replacement for the incandescent 194/T15 bulbs. Same color temp as incandescent but brighter.

Yeah, making things to your liking or upgrading/updating can certainly make you drop the coin. One of the reasons I couldn't pass up the 4k electric tongue jack....it was the right price.

Still considering an awning light or something similar. Don't know.... :)

Also ordered new Carlisle HD trailer tires for it too. One tire I could see had weather checking and some small cracks in the side wall of the tire. Don't need any headaches, they're all getting replaced.

That and I need to buy the wheel covers for when it's done for the season.
