Camshaft swap

I have a 2009 dodge ram 5.7l hemi and it has the mds on it. What else would I need to do instead of just putting a new cam. Would I need to tune out the mds and change the lifters?

What would i do with my mds solenoids. And would I need to change my heads or could I use the stock ones

At some point I want to procharge it after I get the tranny rebuilt
