Can I use both a Pedal Monster and a speed calibration device on a 2017 Ram 1500?

I just added a lift and larger tires to my 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn. As a result, my speedometer is off about 5 mph. I would like to recalibrate my speedometer, but also want to add a Pedal Monster to get rid of the lag in acceleration.

Does anyone know if I can safely recalibrate the speedometer then install the Pedal monster?

Yes that will work. You can recal the tire size with AlphaOBD, that should have no effect on the Pedal Monster.

Just bought a 13 Ram 1500 5.7L. I’m seeing a lot about AlphaObd. Is this the only obd that will work to recalibrate after purchasing larger wheels and tires? I do already have an OBDLink +. Is this the most inexpensive rout to recalibrate? Thanks a bunch in advance.
