I have a 5.7 hemi Ram 1500 classic and have the lifter tick just wondering what everyone put in for a mild cam. Or if there’s a whole kit someone recommends. I will do a MDS delete if I have to just not sure anyone in my town does programming like that unless it’s something I can do on my own. So preferably a cam kit that’s stock

Any cam kit other then stock is going to require tuning,and that includes the MMX no tune required cam kits.Sure they'll run with-out tuning,but not to their optimum.
Do not buy a cheap kit off Amazon or Ebay.
Any kit that deletes MDS is going to require tuning,and make sure it uses OEM lifters.
All OEM non-mds lifters are what's commonly called the Hellcat lifters,so don't get sucked into paying more for so called Hellcat lifters,they're all the same if they're non-mds lifters
