Can't get my fuel filter off 1990 Cummins. I tried the usual filter wrench, then channel locks, then the leather strap and pulled a good 100 pounds of

Put 100 pounds of torque on the strap and no budging at all. Any suggestions?

The plastic fuel bowl under hood or the metal canister filter underneath?

If it’s the metal canister filter that tool is what I use for semi trucks. They are always siezed on there. Stick an extension in there and use an impact if it still won’t budge with a ratchet. Always works on the heavy duty side
