Without removing the CHMSL and tapping the camera lead at the camera end of the wire, is there another place behind the 12" screen to intercept the signal from the cargo camera? I am adding a topper to a 2022 Laramie mega cab and understand that the cargo cam will be blocked by the cap. I would like to mount a camera inside the topper (essentially directly behind where the OEM camera is, but inside the cap) to be able to monitor dog kennels and crated animals while traveling. Any thoughts on this? any info on camera that will plug and play for this application? TIA

@Swamprat587 Look into the Aux camera input. Also there is might be an available towing camera that you plug into your bumper. All depends on if the 2500 offers and if your truck is wired for it.
