hey guys i have to replace my carpet in my 04 2500 4wd. i have to remove the transfer case shifter which is in the floor between the seats. i can not find any videos on how to remove the shift lever and molding to get the carpet out. any ideas on how to do this without tearing up the molding holding the boot on. thanks
