Catalytic Converter "Test Pipe"

I'm looking for a catalytic converter test pipe for an "off-road" application.

I found a muffler delete pipe for $45, but the cat pipes are ~$110, which seems WAY high for what's basically the same pipe, just a different purpose. Can anyone point me to a reasonably priced cat delete pipe out there?
