I mount mine to the top left of the center stack, next to the tray. It's hard to find one with a suction cup that's small enough to fit there but I have had 3 over the years. Today I got a back-up at Ace Hardware (I've experienced suction cup failure after 2-3 years). It's a Bracketron Squeezedash & cost $9.95. UPC #74688 00556. http://www.bracketron.com. On my 2014 Ram I used a Garmin (made for their map program) but it was much more expensive.

I keep it simple and cheap and it works great.

Does anyone know if the 2018 console tray with the 2 phone holders would be an exact fit into my 2014 tray with the business card holder?

I'm one of those dinosaurs that doesn't go into convulsions if I don't have my phone in my hands or with-in reach it just stays in my pocket when I'm driving. No need for a holder. :insane:

I have this and this is what I use.

I do not use my phone screen for anything while driving so it works well.

I have this same one, actually mounted in the exact same spot. Love it, stuck the magnet between the layers of my phone case.

Hit the ditch sideways at 80km/h off some black ice a few years ago and my phone never left the mount, yet when you grab it getting out of the truck the magnet just lets go.

I have an iPhone 5C in an Otterbox that I just stick between the driver's and center seat cushions... I have a Garmin GPS so don't need to look at the phone all the time, and usually have Hair Nation on SXM turned up so loud I can't hear the phone anyway! I'm one of "those guys" who think that paying attention to the road is a tad bit more important than paying attention to the frickin' phone!
