I realize this has been discussed in several different forums here, but getting the correct parts seems to be a challenge for lots of people. I am looking to swap out the jump seat in my 2016 Big Horn for the Laramie console. Is it best to try and find a complete console online or buy the individual pieces and assemble it yourself?
This is what I have now

You can buy entire consoles that come with the floor bracket, bezel, and brackets for $800-$1400 on eBay depending on trim level. I have just completed the opposite swap and this took me months of searching, receiving wrong parts, and so on.
Word of caution. No one gets the part #’s right. Seriously. You can look on eBay right now for the exact part number, and someone selling it has gotten it wrong. I’ve ordered multiple parts from a dealer and they’ve sent me the wrong item. I resorted to searching tbrought scrap yards to acquire the various trim screws and seat belt screws to make it all work. It’s really been a nightmare. With that being said, I highly recommend making sure that wherever you purchase from, the items are returnable. Unless of course it’s a complete package.
What worked for me was finding a VIN# online of the exact model I want to look like. (So I found a vin for a 1500 crew cab Laramie with a leather jump seat) and then had the dealer pull part numbers for me. The primary difference is that when you give the dealer a vin, it specifies which of the 5 options for the part you’re looking for is the right one for your vin. Obviously, if you give them YOUR vin, it won’t be correct.
Lastly, I will be selling my console setup. What part of NV are you in? My wife and I go out to Vegas pretty frequently and would be happy to have a reason.
