Changing the coolant 3.6l

I want to flush my radiator and change the coolant and thermostat. I have 110,000 on my 3 6l.Im going to use a OEM thermostat ,on the coolant are there any on the market comparable to the mopar brand?

Hoat coolant

DO NOT use a HOAT coolant in a 2015 Ram truck. The OEM coolant is OAT, mixing the two will cause the inside of the cooling system to gel up.

@Tstaylor the biggest kicker about changing from the Mopar OAT coolant is the color. Others have added different color coolant to the OEM stuff and it ends up looking like a puke brown color. If you buy the OEM stuff online you can get it about the same price as any other coolant. If you buy the concentrate coolant, mix it with distilled or deionized water.
