I purchased a 2020 Limited. Drove two hours to make the purchase.
Leaving the dealer I stop at a stop light. When I go to take off the truck rolls backwards, bucks forward, and throws a check engine light and error saying the start stop function is unavailable. I figured with the truck being a CPO I’d just deal with my local dealer instead of turning around.
I specifically asked the dealer not to run the truck that morning so I could hear a cold start. Of course I get there and the truck was coming out of detail warm. I shrugged it off. The first cold start at home I hear the manifold is cracked. I knew that was a common issue going into this truck.
Lastly I noticed my rear glass has a crack in the frame and I’m assuming this won’t be covered by the CPO warranty after reading some threads. The dealer told me it would be covered and actually gave me a extra $100 on my trade in to cover the deductible. Super frustrating considering it’s been less than a week and I have a slue of issues.
Was hoping for a better start!
