check engine light on and scan tool see no errors??

Help me please... my dash tells me p0320 when i flick the key on 3 times but when i connect obd2 scan tool it does not see anything wrong and i cannot clear the error??

Truck cranks but does not start.

I ordered a crank position sensor and will change it as soon as i get it But how am i going to clear that error code if the scan tool does not see it?

Will it clear itself once i put in new crank sensor?

What kind of scan tool are you using? Sometimes there are codes only a snap on or mopar scanner can access/clear

I am using the blue obd2 scan tool from canadian tire and i also tried the bluetooth cheap ebay scan tool

Problem solved guys. I received my sensor changed it and the truck started right away and check engine light (p0320 code ) cleared itself.

Symptoms i had with my defective crank sensor was rpm dropped to zero while driving truck. It was stalling at 100km/hr on the highway and sometimes start right up by itself or just wont start again and i had to tow it home... sometimes i was ok for a whole month and other times it was stalling everyday.
