I checked mine yesterday and it sill looks pretty good but I went ahead and ordered a MOPAR one for when I need it.

Anyone change out their cabin air filter....it's interesting that the interval for the cabin air filter is every 20K miles but the engine air filter is every 30K miles (earlier if required).
Dang mine is needed already then too. I’m slacking on maintenance.

A couple maintenance items that I"m not used to are lubing the front drive shaft every oil change and lubing door hinge roller pivot joints twice a year...never done that on any car.

I got some maintenance goodies in the mail this week...air filter, engine oil, oil filter and gear oil.

In case you’re wondering, this is what an air filter looks like after you drive through muddy water and hydro-lock your engine lol

That actually looks pretty clean... but then again, i guess thats what caused your problem. After something like you did. A clean filter = a dirty engine! XD HAHAHA

I thought I had read somewhere that the +19-20's didn't have that lube point on the front driveshaft. Perhaps i'm mistaken.
I took a look in the manual for my '19 and saw the door hinge roller lube but didn't see anything about the driveshaft.

The 1500's do not have the lube pin, the 2500's do, to my knowledge...

Just curious about the old filer in the pic. Also wondering if it will fit the 2018 6.4 air box! I have a 2018 PW, when I went looking for a new filter, the WIX, Microgard and Purolator that crossed over and listed by application were about 1/2" "shorter" than the OEM 68190705AA which was factory installed. I bought the Fram CA 11960 from Amazon which measured the same as my OEM ! If you could give me the number from your "old" one or replacement, I will see if it will fit my truck. When it comes to air filters more is always better!!

It's not the same filter.

2019 and up HD trucks with the 6.4 hemi got the 6.7 Cummins air box.

So I got the Wix 46930. It fits 2007 to 2020 Ram HD with 6.7 Cummins AND 2019 and up Ram HD 6.4 Hemi.

As you could see in my post, I bought the wrong filter ( one that fits your 2018 ) and gave it to my cousin :doh2:

No, the giant water obstacle I drove through at high speeds was my problem. Probably cleaned my air filter out a bit lol

Found the thread in one of the Powerwagon FB groups. Basically stating that the +19-20 changed from the double cardon joint to a rzeppa joint and thus does not have a service interval (as there is no grease fitting there).

Wait so 2019-2020 PW does NOT have the grease fitting?

This is just what I read. I haven't crawled under there to check yet as I only have 2,000 miles on my truck.

Just checked my 2019 manual and that inspection is not in there for the gas engine but it is for the Diesel engine. Diesel definitely has a few more items to maintain!

So just checked my air filter.... I might be in the honey business soon! Look at all those beeees!

Also found a nice 2" nail in my rear tire. Which I'm glad I found now, rather than half way to port arthur tomorrow... FML693f20166b1698871af3900faad2bbd4.jpgf563f9eb4a8629aa0dfc6c676877c5a0.jpg

Seems high....paid $29 for OEM and the Wix was even cheaper than that on Amazon.
