Hello Fellow RAM (Chrysler) owners. I'm here to enlighten you, that if any of you had to or are about to pay for a warranty repair, Chrysler is and will do anything to resist reimbursing you. The website Chrysler sends you to, to apply for your reimbursement, is broken and they refuse to fix it (cant upload receipts and proof of repairs), not only that, when you call the "HELP" number that is listed on the webpage, you are transferred to an answering service in India, who has no idea of whats going on. They have no answers and can offer no help. Chrysler is staying in the shadows, refusing to talk to anyone.............I hope if any of you are dealing with this issue that you fare better than I have. If so please enlighten the rest of us how you achieved your goal with them. Chrysler owes me $833.10 (Active Air-dam Repair)

Was this repair done by a dealer? How did they trick you in to paying for a warranty repair so we know what to watch out for?

I'm only guessing here but it could be that he needed an "emergency" repair away from a dealer. Chrysler has always been very sticky on this and the whole process goes better if there was a "prior approval" given. But unfortunately that is not always possible. I had to get an "after market" steering rack put into my truck and it was approved by the Chrysler service Contract people. The difference was, it was replaced at a dealership.
