Clearcoat repair

Just washed my truck and noticed something new. Looks like the clearcoat is peeling off the base. Not sure the best way to tackle this. Thinking I may have to strip all the clear, which will probably end in a complete respray of the works since I think I would likely remove some paint in the process. Maybe if I just sand it out a bit past the peeling area and reclear I'd be ok? Hard to see in the picture being its white and clear, but quite obvious standing next to it.

I took a picture of a white panel close up. I'm working on it now. A couple spots to sand a respray before I clear it again.

Lol. I don't mess around. I think I posted a finished picture,but not sure why I didn't put it on this thread. Ended up repainting a couple spots with mopar color match paint and finished it with a bunch of coats of 2k clear so I'd have enough to wet sand and polish it. Turned out pretty well once I finished.
