The only thing I have added to the truck "electrically" speaking is the HID's and their harnesses.
My clock either gets stuck on the time I set or it will restart to 12:00 after the truck is turned off a while.....
Has anyone had any problems with their clock??

That sounds like there may be a short somewhere in the system that is causing this... I know that if you disconnect the battery ever, the clock resets to 12:00. Perhaps you have something crossed in the headlight harness? When did it start happening?

Now it is just behind. I set it to a minute ahead of my phone to 11:58. Killed the truck went into the store now it read 12:02 while my phone reads 12:03.... What the hell

It sounds more like a slow drain somewhere then, does anything else reset itself? For example, set a couple FM stations to a preset, and if they reset as with the clock, then it's an electrical drain somewhere... if not, I'm wondering if it may be a faulty head unit, although rare it can happen.

Hm, with the truck running it will draw all electrical power from the alternator, so the only way to really test is with it off. Quick suggestion, check the battery terminals are well connected, as well as your HID controller/ ballasts and wires for shorts/ good connection.
