Clunk noise coming from NVG243 transfer case

Hello, I have a 2010 RAM 1500 equipped with the NVG243 transfer case. I’ve been hearing this terrible clunking noise when switching from park to reverse, reverse to drive, drive to park, and honestly any switching of PRND. I have just changed the fluid and there were some metal shavings in it, but nothing crazy. I’m not sure if it’s ever been changed, as I’m not the original owner. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a video of the transfer case.
