Cluster Lights

I am new here so might have done this wrong. but on my 2014 2500 Larimie with the Cummins. My instrument cluster with lights in the off position the screen between the gauges will flash on and off. But when the light or on they stay on. Thanks

Does the EVIC screen flash on and off constantly or does the EVIC come on and turn off once after you turn the ignition key to the off position?

It is constantly when the key is on light off. But when lights are on it works good no flashing. But if you bring the interior dimmer switch al the way to the brightest it starts flashing again. Thanks

Seen this before... not a real common issue, but the mechanic said it was a faulty cluster.
