Heys Guys,

Truck is starting like ****, and I thought it was due to being -28C over the weekend when I was attempting to start. It starts, but hesitates. I figured my block heater wasn't doing its job since it was plugged in for well over 12 hours. Tested resistance....26.7 OHMS. So it should be OK...I think.

Checked codes, and in ADDITION to the 3 02 sensor codes Ive been getting I now have a P0300 (ENGINE MISFIRE DETECTED)

I checked my air cleaner, the sensor, and to make sure it was tight. COP connectors tight and injector clips tight. I tightened up some exhaust clamps (for the millionth ******** time. Maybe itll help the 02 codes ive been having)

Wouldn't think plugs, as Ive only 19000 kms on it (12000 miles or so)

What else to check? I wouldn't think the intake manifold would be leaking but I didn't spray / snoop it to find out. I never did tighten the bolts to see, either.

I don't like when the engine is running LEAN (based on high voltage 02 codes im reading) and it freaks me out.

I haven't ruled out that the HEMIFEVER tune is messing with the system. I have yet to load a stock tune back in to see.

Any other ideas guys??

Your custom tune should have a target air/fuel of about 12.2-12.4, so I doubt the setup is running lean. What codes are you throwing from the o2 sensors? I have the same mods you are running, and have yet to throw a single code in this truck. The o2 sensors are side specific, so that may be throwing things off.

Good to know about side specific problems. Ill swap the pass front back to driver front right farking now! Rock auto breaks it down as 2 types of NTK sensor. Apparently 1 sensor type can fit 3 of the 4 locations. The other listed says RWD models..????? Either way I ordered up one some time ago for the driver front 02, and it persisted. So I swapped the new one to the pass front (at that time didn't know it mattered). So I JUST swapped them back. Hopefully I remember correctly and theyre now in the proper spots. New one in the drive front, and the original one in pass front. Theres NO identifiers on the sensor itself to indicate which one is which.

P0138... voltage high reference
P0158...high voltage reference
P0300...engine misfire

And one more that is an 02 reference voltage high. Cant remember code since I cleared them (shouldn't have...d'oh)

UPDATE*****
Took a 160 km trip to go help a buddy grab a dirtbike he bought. Only one code came back throughout the duration of that, which is good.
Just a Bank 1 sensor 1 02 reference voltage code P2245?? Something like that.

Getting better, and truck didn't stumble on startup like the last few times either.

Getting there!
