I noticed today that my truck clock was an hour off. No big deal I know and I was able to change it to the correct time. But I have also had the computer screen by the steering wheel will change the setting on its own when I turn the truck on. Not every time but it has happened a handful of times. I’m just curious if this is something I need to worry about? Could it be a sign of a bigger issue coming? I know my dealership can’t do anything unless it happens in their presence and it is too sporadic right now. Anyone else have this issue? It’s a 2019 big horn classic crew cab. I only have 3600 miles on it.

If you have the 8.4 radio, check to see if the time is set to sync with the GPS and you have the time zone set correctly.

The only speculation I'll throw out there is maybe the battery is in the early stages of going bad. It wouldn't be the first time a battery pukes in a new truck.

Hi Seth, Your sentiments expressed here are certainly understandable. I would recommend checking if an update is available for your vehicle using the link below. If so, you will be able to download the software to a USB and update your vehicle at home. If you are up to date and decide to visit the dealer, please follow up with us via PM so we can add an extra layer of support to your visit.

I also have a 2019 crew cab classic. It is the Big Horn version. I have the exact same problem. I just checked to see if there was a software update. The above referenced website tells me I am up to date. It has done it twice in the last two weeks. Both times it jumped an hour forward. The tpms on the driver side rear tire also malfunctions periodically. Always on long trips and usually when the weather is cooler. I do not have GPS on this vehicle.
