I had the same thing occur about a month after buying my 2014 in August of 2017. I discovered that there was a crack in the headlight that had been "repaired" with epoxy. It was covered by the shield that goes between the grill area and the radiator support and could not be seen without removing the whole thing.
So, my advice would be to check the headlight over thoroughly for cracks or other damage. The other issue that it could be if it's a factory projector is the vents on the back. If they've been pushed all the way closed, the condensation won't have any way to get out.

1> I had bought the truck as a Certified Pre-Owned (with an FCA extended warranty) and the lights are on the FCA checklist for CPO vehicles so I took it back to the dealer. The service dept refused my claim based on the used department manager's say so and said individual then accused me of breaking it and putting the epoxy on myself. It was obvious to anyone who looked, even the service dept, that the repair was an old one, not fresh. The "RAMCARES" team was useless and refused to even contact the dealer. I had to go all the way to the dealership owner and threaten to go to the BBB, the NY State AG and the local press to get it replaced. I discovered after they did the swap that they'd replaced it with a TEC aftermarket, not an OEM. The TEC is a very high quality piece and you'd never know it was different if you didn't notice the lack of the RAM logo on it but I would have preferred an OEM.
2> I found out a few months ago that the used dept manager in question got canned several months after my experience. Apparently I wasn't the only one he treated that way and not the only one who complained.
