My son bought 20" K02's for $1800 mounted balanced and aligned. Not sure how much without alignment was but his company paid for it so he wasn't shopping or the best deal. He got them out in Watford City, North Dakota so whatever tire shop is there is where he got them...lol

Most ram dealers are offering buy 3 get one free right now
Yes, but you have to look at the markup of the tire. Buy 3 at $371 a tire vs $309 a tire with a discount of $309.

Mine were not marked up I got 4 Toyo 35x12.5_27 rts for $1020 which is what I could get 3 for on tirebuyer or discount tires. You are right tho pays to do your homework

full tank of gas (filled up at station with scale), Toyo 35x12.5-17 on AEV wheels, 35 spare on stock steel spare wheel, dethloff tranny skid, and 75A sliders (I know not really sliders but tougher than people think), AEV read diff cover and no more than 30lbs of gear in truck ie few flashlights, viare 400P, 1/2" breaker bar and lug nut socket. I was not in the truck or on the scale. kind of interesting that the rear empty has over 3000lb more capacity per the rear axle gvwr of 6200lbs but the front does not have much leeway at 4750lbs. Not enough for 4 adults that is for sure. My wife and I together are around 350lb and if she brings her purse add another 50lbs :) by dog is 35lbs so we would be right there if I have my adult beverages up front in the cooler....

I figure the AEV wheels are about the same as stock wheels at 33lbs apiece and the 35's are about 23lbs over stock tires so 115lbs extra there, the tranny skid probably weighs 35lbs, the sliders probably 45lbs and probably 10lbs for diff cover so total 205lbs + 30lbs =235lbs extra from stock. I guess i also have a spray in line-x bedliner and have no idea what that would add but can't imagine a lot maybe 50lbs at most. I guess a lot of blabbing for no special reason and no point to be made just thought it was interesting. One point I guess is this goes to show you on an empty truck there is no reason to run 65psi in the back tires or even 60 in the front...14D969F2-7F14-452F-9EBC-614351C970A0_1_201_a.jpeg1E04B066-7594-43BE-A7B8-495B2132D76C.jpegD4B4BC24-B6F2-4F36-98FE-AE191BE164B1_1_201_a.jpeg

I tow a 38" bumper pull camper; 8200lbs wet and packed. Anyone who says power wagon's don't tow is ridiculous. Behavior is what you want. Engine braking is phenomenal (I tow all over the Smoky Mountains). The only thing you can't pass with it is the gas station; seriously in the mountains I get about 7-8 MPG, flat towing at 65MPH 9.5-10MPG. Rear squat negligible, but enough to make you want to put some bags on it if you're doing it all the time, mine squats about 2" when level; but I have a front-kitchen camper with a lot of weight on the tongue.

My son's TT weighed 8100lbs wet and had 1100lbs tongue weight. His 2018 2500 6.4 Off-Road package squatted about 1" without the WDH. With the WDH it sat about the same as without the TT hooked up.

I've own 3 pickup trucks since 1978. Can you find the biggest? No hints. The feel in the seat of the Power Wagon is a dream, it isn't real.

I had my last Truck. A 2004 Chevy Z71 for 16 years. It Rusted out. Shame, Engine still ran like new. I have had my PW for a little over a year now. I love my Truck. I smile every time I get in it. I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's the most factory overbuilt for one purpose Truck you can get. I plan on using it for that one purpose often, when I Retire. If everything goes according to plan. This will be my last Truck.

If you want the maximum payload with a Ram 2500 the configuration is a Tradesman with the sole option of the Power Wagon package. Options decrease the payload capacity.
I don't know how true it is ? But I have been told a Sunroof is one of the heaviest options.

The one that was 2020, barely used, available, had leather bucket seats with vents/heat for $56k sold the day before I got back to the dealer. So went back to the drawing board and ended up ordering a 2022 2500 exactly how I want from Mark Dodge. Not a bad deal I must say.

That's what a lot of us PW owners did. I had to order mine. Because there wasn't any available in my Area. The Wife didn't want to run around looking. I was happy to do it. Enjoy your Truck ! Post Pics when you get it. Or it didn't happen LOL !
