Contacting Alexi? or Alpha OBD????

this may be a silly question but I have been trying to contact Alexi? or Alpha OBD since before Christmas. All of my emails have been unanswered . I thought possibly they were closed for the holidays so I moved onto other things. I have been using "[email protected]" as the email address.
is there another I should be using ?

I was mistaken in that I did use the correct info@alFa.com address all the way back to my 12-26 24 email.
I'm about ready to go buy a new truck
