Any ideas on how I can convert the center stack 12vdc cigar lighter outlet to on all the time (Battery) versus current requirements for the ignition to be either in ACC or RUN? Thanks. I would like to plug in my solar battery trickle charger into this outlet but it does no good with factory configuration.

You could use the 12V power outlet on the back of the center console. That one is selectable between switched with ignition and constant On by moving the F90/91 fuse. Just a $0.02 idea

Unfortunately, there is only an inverter outlet there and two USB. Anyway, I’m using a fuse tap in that slot for the ignition signal to my Switch-Pros system. Thanks for the input though

Great idea. Did that on my 2015 and 2017.
They changed the 12V plug to a 120V + usb on 2019 models
So we have no full time 12V socket for a fridge or charger etc.
Had to plug an adapter on the trailer plug for my 12V cooler last summer.
Bummer

Check your manual and see which fuse runs it. On a lot of the higher trim rams, the fuse for the lighters have 2 positions: One for on w/ accessory and (1) on all the time battery feed. Now, that fuse may be in the outer box or in the inner one under the steering wheel.

Fuse F54 in the fuse box under steering wheel, just move it over as #1 reference in below picture and that should do the trick. f877960b6ca39780b3316d91dd3655cc.jpg

Thanks 300MAG. I’ll have to go out and check again, but I’m pretty sure that Natasha doesn’t have any fuse boxes in the passenger compartment. I’ve been under her steering wheel quite a bit and haven’t seen one. Plus, the manual shows that all of the fuses are in the box in the engine compartment. Natasha is a 2019 Power Wagon with most of the upgraded options.

I'm not familiar with power wagon but I would think it still had inside fuse box. It faces forward so you may need to remove panel underneath steering wheel to see. It is held in with 2 screws.

OK your right looks like it is under hood

Looks like you need to move fuse 90/91.eb9d0cbd7b820aeeafdfab5867104ad2.jpg

Agree. I’m currently using a fuse tap in fuse slot 90/91 to provide an ignition trigger signal to my Switch-Pros system. I’d need to find a different signal source for that before I switch fuse 90/91 from ACC to Batt.

I wouldn't mind adding the power inverter to my Big Horn which doesn't have one.
