I've got a 2019 Ram Hemi, 8HP70 trans, 4WD 80,000 miles. I'm hearing a whining noise from either the convertor or trans, the whine changes as the trans shifts. The other day it was 40 degrees and when i drove the truck it was louder than usual. Any suggestions?

Have you checked the transfer case fluid? I had a whine for time, and mine turned to be the rear diff. Changed fluid and all is good now.

As a matter of fact I just serviced all of the driveline fluids. The whine is still there, it sounds like it is coming from the bell housing. I'm thinking convertor or front pump?
