Covex mirrors in tow mirror

Is there a way to remove the small convex mirror on the tow (fold out) mirrors and replace them with a full convex mirror like the next gen trucks have? That is without just relacing the whole mirror? I'm happy with my mirrors except for the small convex mirror. I tow a 5th wheel with my HD and would like to see what's going on around me better.
