CV Split Boot Cover

Does anyone know where to purchase a Split CV Boot Cover for a 2020 Ram 1500 5.7L Big Horn front left wheel? THANKS

If the boot is split then gunk has gotten in there and may eventually lead to failure. Suggest just replacing the entire CV joint since part of the work is already done for a boot replacement. Just personal experience, every boot cut resulted in failure over the years.

Agreed. The only thing those split boots are good for is an emergency repair. At the very least clean the joint out and repack with new CV joint grease before putting on a new boot. Either way you need to remove the axle to fix it the right way. With the split boots you're just delaying the inevitable.
