Cylinder 2 misfire

I have 2017 ram 1500 3.6, I have replace spark plugs and check engine light came back on for Misfire on cylinder 2. What else could be the problem, MAS air flow sensor is good.

If you’re lucky, bad coil.

More than likely though, Wiped cam lobe and lifter.

I don't think that's as common on the Pentastar is it?

Either way, pull the valve cover and check for broken or loose parts.

Not nearly as common as the Hemi, but it does happen. And it’s usually cylinder 2 for some reason, at least that’s what most youtube vids show.

Always start with easiest first. New plug you did, run a can of good quality injector cleaner like seafaom through it and check the fuel filter. Amazing how often the misfire is a partly plugged injector. Next swap coil pack between two cylinders. Then if you still have a misfire you can start digging deeper.
