Dash/instrument cluster gauge swap

So I have a 2010 bighorn and the backlights are starting to go out. I pulled the gauges out only to find you cant change the bulbs because they are tiny led lights soldered in the mother board. I dont have the skill or know how to fix them so it seems my only option is to replace it. But if im going to replace, I might aswell upgrade if possible. Is it possible to upgrade to like a 2017 laramie gauge cluster? Or would this not work?

You can find clusters on ebay. You give them your mileage and they'll program it for you. About $500 or so.
